Description: Suffolk County Community College (College) seeks qualifications from qualified medical physicians (Medical Doctor [M.D.] or Doctors of Osteopathy [D.O.]) licensed to practice medicine in New York State, in connection with student healthcare and employee accommodation concerns. The qualified individuals would be expected to have experience preferably in a higher education setting providing medical consulting services such as developing protocols and provide training for Health Services staff, provide consulting services for nurse’s offices, signing orders for dispensing medications as needed, and provide medical recommendations related to any health care crisis.
