SOQ for Engineering Services for Gas Distribution System Improvements

The City of Kings Mountain is soliciting statements of qualification from Engineering Firms to provide comprehensive engineering services including the design and preparation of construction documents, permitting, bidding and construction administration for the purpose of construction of gas distributions system improvements.   Interested firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for consideration no later than 12:00 PM on January 19, 2026.  Questions must be submitted by 2pm on January 12, 2026 and will be answered on January 15, 2026.
