Description:	This is a fully electronic RFP process. All proposals must be submitted electronically on the Court’s Online Procurement Website at www.Biddingo.com/lacourt (Biddingo) in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP. The Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles (Court) is requesting proposals from well qualified Proposers to provide Audio Visual Systems and Maintenance Services. Interested and qualified Proposers who can demonstrate their ability to successfully provide the services described in the Request for Proposal (RFP) are invited to submit a proposal. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a pool of highly qualified experienced Contractors for as needed Audio Visual Systems and Maintenance Services. Master Services Agreement(s) (“Agreements”) may be awarded to Contractor(s) that have met or surpassed the Court’s minimum qualification requirements and submit a highly-scored proposal(s). The Court, in its complete discretion, will determine the number of selected Contractor(s) for the Agreements. Selected Contractor(s) are not guaranteed any minimum amount of business.
