Intent to Single Source a Requirement

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with CDW-Government (UEI: PHZDZ8SJ5CM1) for the procurement and installation of an HP Vista Imaging (PACS) Server, including data migration. The vendor, CDW-G, is the primary supplier of HP products to Government facilities. The NAICS code is 541519, with an associated small business size standard of $34.0M.

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), When the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, full and open competition need not be provided for.

This notice of intent to award a single source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response(s) is received by 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on Thursday, March 13, 2025, the contract will be issued without further notice.

Responses should be received by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
