Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from the market research questionnaire will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO), intends to make a single award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with firm-fixed prices for Solid Waste Removal Services as prescribed below for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), La Tuna, located in Anthony, TX. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, with four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 562111 – Solid Waste Collection, (Size Standard of $47 Million). General Information regarding the BOP is located at www.bop.gov.
The contractor shall provide solid waste removal services according to the following schedule:
Tuesday: Pickup of one (1) 34-yard compactor and one (1) 30-yard open-top roll-off dumpster.
Thursday: Pickup of two (2) 30-yard open-top roll-off dumpsters.
Every other Thursday: Pickup of one (1) 34-yard compactor and one (1) 30-yard open-top roll-off dumpster.
The contractor will be fully responsible for the disposal of the materials in a lawful and proper manner.
