The City of Redwood City ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide managed cybersecurity operations, monitoring, digital forensics, incident response, and notification support services. At the center of this initiative is the establishment of a turnkey, 24×7×365 managed security operations capability covering the City's endpoints, servers, identity systems, Microsoft 365 environment, email, network, cloud, and SaaS applications.
The selected firm will serve as an extension of the City's Information Technology Department, providing comprehensive monitoring, detection, triage, investigation, incident response support, reporting, and executive briefings. Proposals are due on or before Friday, July 3, 2026, by 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Late proposals will not be accepted. Additional details are provided in the Request for Proposal packet linked below.
