The Cortland Housing Authority (CHA) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for
Elevator/Platform Lift Preventive Maintenance at our Homer, McGraw, Marathon and Truxton
locations.

lboyce@cortlandha.com to request a bid packet. Bids must be turned in no later than 3:30 pm
local time May 12th,2026, at the CHA offices at 42 Church Street, Cortland, NY 13045.
The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the
