Care360° Maintenance and Support Service

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), on behalf of the Department of Administration, intends to renew Care360°, a software maintenance and support service through Synergistic Solution Technologies, Inc., for up to twelve (12) months. The renewal of Care360° will ensure access to Risk360°, which is an insurance policy administration system used by the Department of Administration’s Risk Management Division (RMD). Risk360°’s functions include data collection, premium calculation, document generation, and invoicing.

MNIT has determined that Care360° is the only commercially reasonably available product as it was designed and built at the operational and database levels specifically for RMD. This is deemed a single source purchase because Synergistic Solution Technologies, Inc. retains all intellectual property rights, titles, patent, copyright, trademark, and other rights associated with their products and services. This product is also not available from other third parties.
