A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 10:00 am, at the Spokane Solid Waste Disposal, Waste To Energy Facility, Admin Office, 2900 S. Geiger Blvd, Spokane WA 99224. Only those vendors who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be able to bid on this project.
