The deadline for scheduling a site visit is 12:00 Noon, January 20, 2026.

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking proposals for the scope of work herein described. Pursuant to bidding

policy, sealed proposals endorsed “Mowing/Landscaping Services for Elledge Wastewater Plant and

Manson Meads Complex–RFP26126” will be received until the time listed above by the City/County

Purchasing Department in Suite 324, City Hall Building, 101 North Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC. The

City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
