Special Requirements:

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, February 3, 2026, at the park Office just inside the main entrance of Triad Park.

The purpose of this conference is to explain the scope of work involved and to give prospective bidders the opportunity to observe the existing conditions and work parameters. Staff will be present to answer questions. Forsyth County will not entertain bids from firms who do not have a representative attend this meeting. A sign-in sheet will serve as the attendance record.
