The City of Spokane, through its Parks & Recreation Department (hereinafter “City”) is initiating this Request for Proposals (IRFP) to solicit Proposals from companies interested in providing Concert Booking, Production and Ticketing Services
Proposals must be electronically submitted through the City of Spokane’s ProcureWare submittal portal to be responsive and accepted.
