ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 for DPW
Project 24010 JRW Bldg Renovate 12 Restrooms, Department of Administration, Boise, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Provide the Department of
Administration (ADM) with twelve (12) remodeled restrooms on multiple floors in the JRW Building. The scope
of the project encompasses roughly 2,346 square feet of existing spaces to be remodeled to provide updated
and code-compliant ADA restrooms on every floor. Stage 1 and Stage 2 will need their own permits. Stage
1 consists of all work on floors 1st, 3rd, and 5th. Once the work in this stage is complete and the Certificate of
Occupancy is awarded, Stage 2 can commence. Stage 2 will consist of all work on floors Basement, 2nd,
and 4th.
Anticipated construction start date of Stage 1 is 6/25/2026.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local
time, at the JRW Building, 700 W. State Street, Boise, ID 83702. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $1,067,646.37
