The Scope of Work shall consist of and is generally described as repairs to the existing façade of the rear portion of the building as indicated on the drawings, replacement of approximately 8,700 sf of built-up roofing, replacement of thirty-one (31) steel windows, replacement of six (6) hollow metal doors and frames, some lighting and masonry repairs. All work to be completed and in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications. Anticipated construction period is on or about January 19, 2026 with a final completion of August 19, 2026
