Response Deadline: Friday, April 17, 2026 @ 2:00 PM
Kitsap County Public Works (Owner) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
from prospective Professional Consulting Firms for services to update Tille 13 code Title
13 of the Kitsap County Code establishes the regulatory framework governing the Sewer
Utility to protect public health, safeguard water quality, and ensure compliance with
applicable state and federal requirements. Through this effort, Title 13 will undergo a
comprehensive review and update to improve organization, functionality, and alignment
with current standards and long-term implementation needs.
