Kenosha County Brookside Care Center Food Service Operation

The County of Kenosha Wisconsin, through the Purchasing Division, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide food service operation at the Brookside Care Center, 3506 Washington Road, Kenosha, WI 53144.

Awarded Contractor shall provide quality food service in accordance with Brookside Care Center’s high standards of care. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive dining service management for the Facility and shall deliver full-service dietary operations including meal planning, food preparation, bistro services, and nutritional support for all residents. Services shall encompass all aspects of food service operations from procurement through service delivery, ensuring high-quality dining experiences that meet regulatory requirements and enhance resident quality of life.
