The Department of Revenue (DOR) is seeking bids for Packer Topper and Brochure as outlined in the attached documents.
Packer Topper Qty: 4,200 Size: 4”w x 14”h Ink: 4cp + PMS5535 + PMS 1235 + spot High Gloss UV coating both sides (7/7) with bleeds Stock: 28 pt with C2S or 2-14pt glued together Finishing: Die-cut rounded corners Package: Bundles of 50 (shrink wrapped) Packer Brochure Qty: 175,000 Flat Size: 10-7/16”w x 10-3/4”h Folded Size: 3-1/2”w x 10-3/4”h (Tri-fold) Ink: 4cp + PMS5535 + PMS 1235 both sides (6/6) with bleeds Stock: 80# Gloss Text Finishing: Die cut, trim, and fold/tri fold (center panel is extended height) Package: Bundles of 25 paper wrapped or banded Electronic artwork for the brochure will be ready after the NFL releases the football schedules, approximately late May 2026 Overnight or hand deliver 1 Proof of each project to: WI Lottery, Attn: Kim Welsch, 2135 Rimrock Rd, Madison, WI 53713; keep 1 proof of each project with vendor so Lottery will not need to send proof approval back to vendor.
