Description
The Douglas County DOT Administration Building will be a new ground up facility, constructed in an existing parking lot area located directly north of the existing Connect Douglas building, and northeast of the existing Douglas County Department of Transportation pavilion. The existing parking area will be removed, as shown in the contract documents, to accommodate the future site development and building. The design intent is for the new DOT Administration Building to visually match the Connect Douglas building.
