Description
Sealed bids for construction of a downtown multi-use facility. The facility consists of a pavilion, adjacent restroom facility, along with a parking area, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, water and sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer, grading, electrical work, and landscaping. The project also includes resurfacing a city-owned road. Additionally, the project will involve landscaping, traffic control, erosion control, and any ancillary items necessary for project completion.
