RESURFACING OF N MANGUM BRIDGE RD AND GROVE LEVEL RD (PATCHING) & YONAH HOMER RD(PATCHING)

Sealed Bids, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for approximately 2.22 miles of recycled asphaltic concrete resurfacing on N MANGUM BRIDGE RD AND GROVE LEVEL RD (PATCHING) & YONAH HOMER RD (PATCHING) will be received by the Owner at the County Commission Office located at 150 Hudson Ridge, Suite 1, Homer, Georgia 30547 , until 9:00 a.m., local time, on April 8, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of the following major elements:
Approximately 2.22 miles of patching, recycled asphaltic concrete resurfacing, striping and shoulder filling on N MANGUM BRIDGE RD AND patching at various locations on GROVE LEVEL RD & YONAH HOMER RD.

All work shall be completed in accordance with Plans, Special Provisions, and the latest edition of the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, applicable Supplemental Specifications, and the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).

The work will be awarded in one Contract.

The Instructions to Bidders, Bid, Contract Agreement, Drawings, Specifications and forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Payment Bond and other Contract Documents may be examined and obtained at the following:
