Automated Drive-thru Carwash Services

The United States Secret Service (USSS), Office of Procurement, Washington, D.C., is seeking information on behalf of the Uniformed Division for Automated Drive-Thru Carwash Services.

OBJECTIVE. The objective of this requirement is to identify sources capable of providing the level of services required in accordance with the following:

• Service to include:
  
  
  
  • Exterior wash and towel dried
  
  
  • Undercarriage wash
  
  
  • Wheels cleaned/ Tire shine applied
  
  
  • Interior vacuuming of floors and seats
  
  
  • Clean inside of windows
  
  
  • Wipe down high touch areas
  
  
  
  

• Essential physical characteristics:
  
  
  
  • Location shall be within of 6 miles from any of the three (3) Operational Branches in downtown Washington DC
  
  
  
  

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCMENT (SSA) ONLY to obtain industry feedback on the anticipated technical specifications, potential cost, and performance risks, as well as any other related considerations for the required item.

Interested vendors who wish to respond to this SSA should send responses via email no later than 27 December 2024, 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to melissa.chabot@usss.dhs.gov. Questions and Comments regarding this requirement will be accepted, reviewed and answered if the Government determines responses are warranted. Submissions must include: Business Name, Physical Address of Facility to Verify Distance, Name of Company Representative and UEI and/or CAGE Code.
