Description: Alfred State College is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors for renovation of our main, front entrance sign at the corner of West Pine Street and North Main Street in Alfred, NY 14802. Project Scope: The scope of work includes but is not limited to; removal of old concrete sidewalk and replacement with new sidewalk in front of the sign, all masonry defined in the design documents, installation of LED lighting and new SUNY Alfred State lettering. All terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the bid documents provided in this advertisement. Project details and design documents are available on request. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 1:00PM EST at the Facilities Management Conference Room at 10 Upper College Drive, Alfred NY 14802. All questions are due via email on Friday, August 15, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST to schroepw@alfredstate.edu Responses will be provided via the attachments section of this advertisement by COB Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
