WINDOW REPLACEMENTS @ CENTRAL HIGH

The Little Rock School District is requesting SEALED bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide WINDOW REPLACEMENT at Central High School.

The complete invitation for bid documents are available online at https://lrsd.ionwave.net. Interested bidders must register at this site to download bid forms and to submit a bid electronically. This is the preferred method of submission.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and walk-thru for this project will be held on February 18, 2025 at Central High School, 1500 S Little Rock Nine Way, Little Rock AR 72202. This meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. All potential bidders must attend this meeting to be eligible to submit a bid. Bid opening meeting will be held via Zoom on February 27, 2025 @ 1:30 pm.

Plans and specifications can be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics , 901 W 7th ST Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (501) 372-4011. A deposit is required for all printed sets in the amount of $150; checks made payable to WER Architects. Deposits are refundable up to 2 sets when sets are returned in good usable condition within 7 days after bid opening. Obtaining contract documents through any source other than the Design Professional listed above or their representative(s) is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Contract documents obtained through the Design Professional or their representative(s) are considered the official version and take precedence should any discrepancies occur.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bids received. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations, which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in the Invitation for Bids.
