Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the State University of New York at Oswego (herein after referred to as “SUNY OSWEGO”) to solicit proposals for qualified branding and marketing partner(s) to execute Phase 2 of its comprehensive branding initiative. Building on the foundational work completed in Phase 1—including brand insights, positioning, messaging, and creative concepting—Phase 2 focuses on implementing the new brand across visual systems, guidelines, digital platforms, and marketing collateral. The results of this RFP will be used to award a 2-year contract, with the option to renew for an additional 1-year term, to the Bidder determined to be most qualified. .
