Project Bid Received By & Opening Information:	NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids for the construction of LIUNA Training Center will be received online through QuestCDN vBid™ until Friday, August 22, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. local time. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving Bids, representatives of the Construction Laborers Education, Apprenticeship and Training Fund of Minnesota & North Dakota (“Owner”) will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening. Those interested in viewing the online Bid opening are welcome to join the meeting by logging on to https://zoom.us/join or calling 312.626.6799 and entering Meeting ID 928 7293 6557 and Passcode 388381. The as-read online Bid results will be available at www.questcdn.com following the Bid opening.
Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the project site: 41499 Forest Boulevard North Branch, MN, 55056 PID 110005801, Chisago County Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.

Description:	The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the of the LIUNA Training Center.
Additional Description:	In order to bid this Project, Bidder and any subcontractors must be signatory to a collective bargaining agreement with LIUNA of Minnesota and North Dakota that covers the scope of the Project. Wage rates will be in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement and be provided as part of the Bidding documents. These rates must be met for all work completed as part of this project. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and their subcontractors, and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the Construction Laborers Education, Apprenticeship and Training Fund of Minnesota & North Dakota shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will only be accepted via the electronic bidding service through QuestCDN. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
