TH 11/71 Preliminary Engineering

Brief description: MnDOT requests letters of interest for preliminary engineering on Trunk Highway (TH) 11/TH 71 corridor from the intersection of Koochiching County Road 91 to TH 53 (2nd Avenue) in International Falls. The goal of this study is to identify and document intersection safety and geometric improvements at access points along the corridor. The study will address the safety and capacity of the current intersection configurations and make recommendations for improvements to enhance safety and provide a reasonable level of service at each location and along segments of the corridor.
