Abate and Replace Flooring - Ranger School Main Building
Description:
The State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse will receive sealed bids for project number 201068 titled “Abate and Replace Flooring, Ranger School Main Building, until 11:00 a.m. local time on October 3rd, 2025 at Physical Plant Conference Room 209, located at SUNY ESF, 1 Forestry Dr, Syracuse, NY 13210, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The base of this project is the removal & abatement of the existing asbestos-positive vinyl tile within the Ranger School and its replacement. There are 4 alternates on the project, each expanding the scope of the project within the building to include additional non-asbestos containing flooring products. Project will require coordinated phasing to allow continued building occupancy over the course of construction.
