RFP - Plumbing Repair
INVITATION FOR BID
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF PLUMBING SYSTEMS - CHAPTER 149
The Concord Housing Authority invites bids for the supply of services as described in the specifications for MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF PLUMBING SYSTEMS.
It is the intent of the Authority to award this contract for the period of September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027. Yearly renewals on September 1, 2026, and September 1, 2028, contingent upon satisfactory operations and the availability of funds required to perform Plumbing Repairs and operations. Renewal is at the sole discretion of the Concord Housing Authority.
The Specifications and Bid Form must be submitted on or before Friday, August 14 by 1 PM to jpolito@concordha.org.
The Concord Housing Authority reserves the right to award and/or reject any and all bids or proposals for any reason determined to be in the Authority’s best interest.
Specifications and bid forms may be obtained by emailing jpolito@concordha.org.
Bid deposits are not required.
All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including General Laws Chapter 149, as amended.
