NYPA Trustee, Paying Agent and Custodian Services

The New York Power Authority (The Authority) is soliciting proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide all bond trustee, paying agent, and custodian services for NYPA's debt, including the General Resolution Senior Revenue Bond Program, the Commercial Paper Notes Resolution, the Transmission Bond Resolution (Separately Financed Projects) Program, and other types of debt that may be issued by the Authority in the future. NYPA is also seeking proposals from financial institutions to provide custody services for its Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) Trust through this Request for Proposal (RFP).

Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov in order to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process.
