The University at Buffalo (“University”) is seeking the below services:

A Kubernetes-native monitoring and security platform to support observability, compliance, and threat detection across its containerized infrastructure. The platform must fully support the following capabilities:

• Performance Monitoring: Real-time visibility into CPU, memory, network, and disk usage across clusters.
• Prometheus Integration: Native support for ingesting and querying custom metrics.
• Alerting and Notifications: Configurable alerts based on thresholds, anomalies, or policy violations.
• Image Scanning: Perform build-time and continuous scanning of container images for known vulnerabilities.
• Runtime Security: Detection of suspicious behavior and policy violations during container execution.
• Compliance Reporting: Built-in support for CIS Benchmarks, NIST, and other regulatory frameworks.
• OpenShift Integration: Full support for OpenShift and Kubernetes APIs, metadata, and dynamic resource discovery.
