Equipment and Facility Certification Services

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting competitive proposals from Bidders who provide equipment and space inspection, assessment, certification, documentation, and maintenance/repair services. The Evaluation and Certification Program serves both clinical and laboratory functions at Roswell Park and is managed by the Occupational and Environmental Safety (OES) department. Clinically, Roswell Park utilizes equipment to prepare patient care treatments while the laboratory functions utilize similar equipment to conduct cancer research. In addition, high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration units are utilized to provide clean air within the clinical environment in the case of a utility emergency and/or during construction projects.

Types of equipment include:

• Biological Safety Cabinets
• Chemical Fume Hoods
• Laminar Air Flow Clean Benches
• Pharmacy space
• HEPA filtration
• Biobubble
• Ventilated Cage Racks
• cGMP facility
