Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is soliciting bids for Landscaping Services for our Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, as well as our Well and Elevated Water Tank Sites. This will also include sites located on Wrightsville Beach. Please download and review the 25B0606 bid documents including an appendix with photos of many of the sites.
There is a mandatory Pre-Bid meeting for all companies planning to submit a bid which must be attended by a representative on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 10:00AM.
The final day to submit bids is Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 11:00AM.

Chapter 89D of the North Carolina General Statutes requires landscape contractors to obtain a license issued by the North Carolina Landscape Contractors’ Licensing Board (NCLCLB). A copy of the bidder’s valid license must be included with the submission at the time of the bid opening.
