Carteret County is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide an emergency fuel supply. This critical service will help ensure our community's resilience during unforeseen events.
We invite all interested suppliers to review the Request for Proposal (RFP), which outlines the full project requirements.
To be considered, your proposal must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 PM (EST) on July 25, 2025. Please note that proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted. Suppliers mailing their proposals should account for delivery time to ensure timely arrival. The sole responsibility for timely submission rests with the proposing supplier. Carteret County will not be responsible for any delays.

Any changes or modifications to this Request for Proposal will be communicated through a written addendum. It is the supplier's responsibility to ensure all addenda are received.

Please be aware that Carteret County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive any informalities, reject any and/or all proposals, and accept any proposal that is deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
