The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed bids from qualified Contractors to perform on-call services for the following: A. General Building Improvement Contractors, B. On-Call Mechanical Services-HVAC, C. On-Call Electrical Services, D. On-Call Mechanical Services-Plumbing, E. On-Call Maintenance-Fuel Tank Services, and F. This sol i c i t a t i on is subj ec t to the S mall L o c a l B usiness Ent e rp r ise Program (SLBE), in which registered Charles County SLBE firms responding to this solicitation may receive a preference in accordance with the provisions of the Program.
