Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office Central (RPOC), Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with:
Stryker to provide all equipment, materials, tools, parts, kits, labor, transportation (including travel and expenses), and expertise necessary to provide training, technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repair services required to support and maintain the system, equipment and technology for Stryker Neptune Rover and Docking System operating room (OR) waste management at the following VISN 23 facilities: Black Hills, Central Iowa, Fargo, Iowa City, Minneapolis, Omaha, St. Cloud and Sioux Falls. Stryker is the proprietary service provider of Stryker Neptune Rover and Docking System.
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date and time. Vendors shall indicate if they are the direct supplier of the items. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements and must include relevant corporate experience along with the applicable contract number, total contract dollar amount, contract period of performance, details of the relevant services and customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and email address. Responses must include following information: Company Name, SAM UEI number, Company address, Point of Contact information (title, phone number and email address), and Business size. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Responses are due by 3/20/2024 at 4 pm CST.

No submissions will be accepted after this date and time.
