Kiewit Building Group, Inc. (KBG) and HDR Architecture, Inc. (HDR) have been awarded the contract for UNMC Project NExT-Phase 1 Project Health. In conjunction with UNMC and the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, the team, is soliciting proposals for Site Excavation Work including the following scopes of work for this Integrated Form of Agreement (IFOA) project:

It is the team’s intent to select the most qualified partner who will best fit the project. Cost will be a major factor in determining the successful company; however, award will be based on the apparent best value as determined by the team.
