Building Envelope Design Services – Term Contract
Description:

The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS) intends to contract with up to three (3) firms to provide architectural and engineering services involving the building envelopes of various New York State owned buildings/structures throughout New York State. Firm(s) must possess a strong architectural and engineering background as assigned tasks will primarily consist of forensic investigation (destructive and non-destructive), energy modeling and design services involving building envelopes including roofs, facades, structural elements, glazing components, window washing equipment, and plaza decks for buildings and structures. The majority of projects will involve the rehabilitation of existing facilities.
