RFP No. 26-03

Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Water/Sewer Business Manager, 16C Perry Way, Newburyport, MA 01950, by 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at which time and place they will be opened and read for the following:

RFP No. 26-03: MVP Planning 2.0 Program

Proposals will be opened at the Water/Sewer Business Office located at 16C Perry Way, Newburyport, MA 01950. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof.

The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L Chapter 30B.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all proposals or take whatever other action may be deemed necessary to be in the best interest of the City.   Newburyport is an affirmative action/equal opportunity purchaser.

Proposal documents are available upon request after 11:00 AM on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 16C Perry Way, Newburyport, MA 01950, and from the City’s website at www.cityofnewburyport.com/bids
