1- 96 X 96 window at foyer
1- 2 X 26window at east stairwell
1-2 X 15window at west stairwell
1-2 X 94 window at north stairwell, roof work and framing to complete installation.

The scope of work includes supplying and installing various windows and disposing of any excess materials or debris as a result of the work:All interior repair work is outside of this scope of work. All windows installed must be sealed and weatherproofed from the exterior.
Site visit: Interested parties may request to tour the building by contacting Scott Olobri at 508- 678-5615. Questions are due in writing no later than August 11, 2025 to procurement@swanseama.gov.
Complete quotes will include a cost estimate for the window installation as discussed in this scope of work. A 50% payment bond is required at execution of contract for quotes in excess of
$25,000. Prevailing wage rates apply and are attached. Any warranty information must be provided with the quote. Personnel performing work must have OSHA 10 certification.
