NAVSUP FLCN Contracting Department BUMED/FM&C Directorate located at 700 Robbins Avenue BLDG 2B Philadelphia PA 19111, intends to procure commercial painting services on behalf of NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office. This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside,combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2. This acquisition will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial products and commercial services at FAR subpart 13.5 and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The FSC code associated with this acquisition is Z1FA and NAICS code is 238320 with a small business size standard of 19,000,000. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
The attached RFQ is the only one for this requirement and it includes all terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS, and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated contract award. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be available on both SAM (https://sam.gov/) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil). It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
