The City of Richmond, Virginia (the âCityâ), on behalf of the Office of the City Auditor, seeks proposals through competitive negotiation for professional services, to establish a contract for certain auditing and accounting services (including an annual audit of the City). The required services shall include auditing the City's Annual Comprehensive Financial report and Single Audit (among other financial statements), as well as auditing reports that the City presents to the Auditor of Public Accounts. The City also requires ongoing advice, assistance, and consultation on financial accounting, reporting, and operational issues.
