Florence S. Lord Senior Housing Renovations

Elderly Housing Management (EHM), on behalf of the Marlborough Association for Senior Housing, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified single-prime contractors for the renovation of Florence S. Lord Senior Housing, a 24-unit occupied senior housing community located at 155 South Main Street, Marlborough, CT 06447. The project includes renovations to apartment units and common areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, finishes, lighting, HVAC, electrical systems, mail/package areas, door hardware, and exterior improvements such as insulation, siding, trim, windows, sealants, and driveway milling and paving. Sealed bids are due by 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 6, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM, with an optional walkthrough on Friday, July 17, 2026, for contractors who attended the mandatory meeting. Contract documents are available through the CT Source Bid Board or by request from Brian Cleveland Architects.
