|
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from qualified firms or consultants to provide comprehensive support services for the County’s Job Order Contracting (JOC) program.
The selected Offeror shall be responsible for developing and maintaining customized Unit Price Books (UPBs), providing timely updates to reflect market conditions, and providing and supporting a JOC project management software database to ensure efficient program administration. In addition, the consultant will provide ongoing support for the County’s established JOC program, including construction management services such as scope development, project oversight, and review of JOC contractors’ price proposals. These services are intended to enhance the County’s ability to deliver timely, cost-effective, and transparent construction and maintenance projects through a robust and compliant JOC framework.
Pre-Proposal Conference:
An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on September 10, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
