OWNER: Saskatchewan Housing Corporation
1.1. Sealed digital tenders will be received via email only to:
bradley@prakasheng.ca Until 2:00 pm Saskatchewan Time, on October 10, 2025. The Tenders will be opened by the Consultant
and Owner at a later date.
1.2. Tender Documents may be obtained digitally by interested General Contractors from the Saskatchewan Construction Association digital planroom and SaskTenders.
1.3. Tender Documents may be viewed at the Office of the Consultant.
1.4. Tenders must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond / Security Deposit, Consent of Surety and Undertaking of Insurance
1.5. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
1.6. A mandatory site walkthrough for General Contractors will be provided on September 26, 2025 at 10:00AM. Assemble outside the South building.
.1 All contractors must notify the Consultant by email of their intent to attend the site walkthrough aminimum 24hr prior to noted time.
