Kayak Rental Service

The City of Framingham will be accepting bids from qualified vendors to supply and service recreational equipment sharing program, physical storage and remote locking technology to allow equipment to be rented, paid for, and accessed by users with a mobile app at the City’s Kellogg Street location. Bid must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system.  Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bid documents will be available on Wednesday March 12, 2025 at 10:00 A.M on Vendor Registry.   Bids shall be submitted through Vendor Registry and are due on Wednesday March 26, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
