NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lake Wales is accepting sealed proposals for:

Purchase of one (1) CRA-owned property in the Northwest Lake Wales Neighborhood at 1130 Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd., Lake Wales; parcel #27-30-899000-008140

Bids will be accepted until October 17, 2025 at 2:15 pm in the Purchasing Department at the Municipal Administration Building located at 201 Central Ave. W., Lake Wales, Florida, 33853.

An original copy of all proposals, including all executed documents and needed attachments, shall be placed in a sealed envelope delivered prior to the deadline, October 17, 2025 at 2:00 pm.

Intent

The City of Lake Wales Community Development Agency (CRA) is seeking proposals to purchase and redevelop one (1) vacant parcel in the Northwest Neighborhood at 1130 Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd., Lake Wales; parcel #27-30-899000-008140.
