Description
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated ยงยง50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Peabody Cottage Renovation Services to the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Such services will include pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services.
WORK COVERED BY THIS SOLICITATION CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. Interior renovations to the existing Peabody Cottage includes a full roof replacement, interior renovations, HVAC Renovations, electrical renovations and minor site work.
2. The Work includes, but is not limited to:
a. Site Improvements:
1) Utilities
2) Pavement Patching
b. Demolition work
c. Residential Appliances
d. Plumbing Fixtures
Please Note: THE BIDDERS/OFFERORS' CONFERENCE will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM.

Attendance is: Mandatory
A representative of the supplier must attend the conference in its entirety to be considered eligible for contract award.
