RFP 2025-01 Elevated Tank Water Storage Maintenance Program - ADDENDUM ONE
DATE: March 31, 2025
PROJECT: Elevated Tank Water Storage Maintenance Program
RFP 2025-01
This addendum supersedes and supplements all portions of the Request for Proposal documents
for the above referenced project.
Where any item called for in the requirement is supplemented hereby, the original requirements
shall remain in effect.
Where any original item is amended, voided, or superseded hereby, the provision of such item
not so specifically amended, voided, or superseded shall remain in effect.
Requests for information and clarification
1. What is the length/term of the contract to be awarded?
The City plans to award a contract with a one year term and automatic renewals for
up to four years. Terms of the contract will require 120 days notice of termination in or
after the initial terms.
2. Can you provide a history of recently completed maintenance work on the existing tanks?
Below is a list of major maintenance that has been completed on the existing tanks
dating back to 2023:
Hwy 41 tank - Exterior renovation, interior touch up 2023
Tucker Road tank - Interior renovation, vent repair 2023
Armory tank - Pressure wash and exterior touch up 2023
Valley Dive tank - Interior renovation 2023
Valley Drive tank - Exterior renovation 2024
Tucker Road tank - Exterior partial renovation 2024
Hwy 41 tank - Exterior renovation and washout inspection 2024
Kellwood tank - Exterior renovation 2025 complete
Armory tank - Washout inspection 2025
Receipt of this addendum should be acknowledged in your Proposal. It is the submitter¿s
responsibility to ensure that they have all applicable addenda prior to Proposal
Submittal.
