Replacement of existing Doors and Windows including all new hardware and electrical installs.

RFQ Solicitation Timetable:

A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid conference will be held on 07/02/2026 at 11:00 A.M., via Microsoft Teams. Pre bid Teams Meeting information: (646) 838-1534Conference ID: ( 279 993 566 758 221 ) Passcode: AT2KP7W5 . Although attendance is not mandatory; it is strongly recommended that all interested vendors attend. To RSVP to the Pre-Bid Conference and obtain the Teams Meeting link to view the virtual conference email acm.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line to confirm attendance.

All questions related to this RFQ are to be submitted via email to the A&CM Procurement Unit at acm.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line by no later than 07/09/2026 at 2:00 P.M. Bidders will be permitted to ask additional questions at the Pre-Bid Conference. Responses to all submitted questions will be available for public viewing in Sourcing under the RFQ.

Bids are due 07/23/2026 at 11:00 A.M. via iSupplier portal.

Bid Submission Requirements:

Vendors shall electronically upload a single .pdf containing ALL components of the bid into iSupplier by the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline.   NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy Bids or bids via e-mail, fax, or mail.

Pre-Bid Conference: July 02, 2026, 11:00 A.M.

Site Visit: July 08, 2026, 10:00 A.M.

RFQ Question Deadline: July 09, 2026, 2:00 P.M.

Question and Answer Release Date: July 16, 2026
