Description The District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Contracts, on behalf of (the “District”) is seeking a contractor to provide tax collection services on behalf of the District. The taxes to be collected under this contract shall include, but are not limited to, sales and use tax, business franchise tax, individual income tax, personal property tax, withholding tax and shall include ballpark fees by businesses and other entities to which the withholding process applies.
